Activity Metrics

The Activity Metrics Dashboard provides real-time data to transform lab operations and drive continuous improvement. Spot trends, identify process gaps, and optimize performance with interactive features and comprehensive metrics.

Message Center

Message Center is a two-way communication tool allowing you to address questions on cases when it’s convenient for you. This web-based tool is available for you to respond 24/7 to provide updated status information. In addition, you can also request a test add-on, request a test cancellation, or initiate an inquiry.

Notifications

The Notifications application enables you to send and receive notification emails when orders are submitted and when test results are available for specific conditions, such as a certain Test ID(s) and/or ordering provider(s).

Permissions Manager

Permissions Manager lets you edit your team members’ access to MayoClinicLabs.com digital tools on your own. This means you do not need to contact Mayo Clinic Laboratories with requests to modify access.
