Direct Antiglobulin Test (Polyspecific), Blood

Testing Algorithm Delineates situations when tests are added to the initial order. This includes reflex and additional tests.

When the direct antigobulin tests is positive, the DCTR test will be interpreted as “Invalid – See addl testing” and the DATR test will be performed. When direct antiglobulin (DATR) is positive, then the DATR reflex tests, DAT complement 3 and DAT IgG, will be performed at an additional charge.
