S-Sulfocysteine Panel, Urine

Diluted, filtered urine is mixed with an internal standard mixture and analyzed for hypoxanthine, xanthine, uric acid and S-sulfocysteine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
